Bandit Lites Returns to Support Nashville NEXT Awards

NASHVILLE – Bandit Lites was proud to once again sponsor and donate lighting and services for the fifth annual NEXT Awards, a celebration of companies and individuals whose hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are making a difference in Nashville’s economy. The lighting company provided VL 2500 Spots and VL 3000 Spots in the main room at the Renaissance Hotel. Lighting technicians Carter Harris and Sarah Euker used Bandit GRN LED Pars and Lekos during the following reception.

GLP impression X4 Atom

GLP’s new impression X4 Atom is compact, bright and IP65 rated. The fixture measures less than 7 inches long and weighs under 3 lbs. Its 15 Watt RGBW LED source that emits a bright beam with even color distribution across a full spectrum. The fixture also has a motorized 9:1 ratio zoom, running from 3.5 to 34 degrees in beam angle. Control for the Atom heads is via an Atom PSU controller, starting with a 12-way, but with a 6-way and other models to follow. The PSU supplies power and data down a single 4 pin XLR cable to each Atom head.

The Judds Reunite, Lit by Martin Fixtures in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS – For a show featuring mother-daughter duo Naomi and Wynona Judd at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Craig Rutherford of Blue Shift Design worked with a rig that included an  array of Martin Professional lighting fixtures. Rutherford’s design included 34 Martin MAC Viper Profiles, 18 Martin MAC III AirFXs, 30 Martin MAC Auras and four Martin Atomic 3000 Strobe fixtures.
