COLUMBIA, MD – Vectorworks, Inc. announced its acquisition of the ESP Vision product line, including Vision Pro lighting pre-visualization software, which is available for both PC and Mac operating systems. Vectorworks said it will continue to support ESP Vision’s existing customers and noted that Vision’s technical team will join Vectorworks’ development and support group. LOS ANGELES – LD Brian Gale may officially “retired” after 24 years as a full-time designer with the Walt Disney Company, but he is currently engaged as a consultant on six Disney projects, including Tokyo and Shanghai. ETC noted that he’s still making good use of the company’s products at the Los Angeles Theatre on Broadway and Sixth Street in downtown Los Angeles, a historic venue recently used for both the camp musical Carrie – The Killer Musical Experience and an episode of the TV show, Scandal.
