LIER, Belgium — Phlippo, a live event production and rental company serving the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) region, recently purchased two Hippotizer GrassHopper media servers to meet the needs of their clients. The units supported visuals for the JIM TV Awards. The taped show is due to air on JIM TV, which serves Flemish viewers, May 26-27.

In Memoriam: Jim Gordon, 63

Jim Gordon, who worked with Morpheus Lights from the late 1980s and served as that company’s vice president of sales and marketing before leaving in 2001, died May 11, 2014 from complications related to recovering from a liver transplant. He was 63.
