4Wall To Buy TLS, Will Open 4Wall Nashville

NASHVILLE, TN and HUNTSVILLE, AL — 4Wall Entertainment agreed to buy the assets of TLS, Inc. Also joining 4Wall are TLS owner David Milly (named 4Wall executive VP) and touring manager Scott DeVos (4Wall VP of concert touring). 4Wall Nashville will be 4Wall’s fifth regional center (others are in or near New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Washington DC.) 4Wall’s acquisition of TLS, Inc. is expected to be completed by June 1, 2012.
