TORRANCE, CA — All Access Staging & Productions announced its involvement with Ice-America, a new venture in rental ice skating rinks, which can be used on land and water for winter festivals and other events. Ice-America, formed through a partnership between Ice-World International and On Axis Productions, notes that its rinks require less energy than alternatives, and says the glycol-boilers that evaporate ice quickly also help trim labor expenses.
