CHATSWORTH, CA – Gefen announced the release of its new extender for professional computer systems using dual link DVI graphics. The DVI DL CAT-6 Extender offers a plug and play method of signal extension that guarantees a lossless video transmission with zero signal dropouts.

The next generation DVI DL CAT-6 Extender delivers uncompressed high resolution video to any remote display up to 200 feet (60m) in distance over two industry-standard CAT-6 cables. Glowing Spheres Serve as LED Pixels at Arcade Fire’s Coachella Show

In Memoriam: Grammys Producer John Cossette

LOS ANGELES – John Cossette, the longtime executive producer of the Grammy Awards, died April 26 at age 54. The son of Pierre Cossette, the founding producer for the Grammy telecast who died in 2009 at age 85, John Cossette had led the Grammy Awards broadcasts for 18 years. This year's show, broadcast live on CBS Feb. 13, 2011, was the 53rd annual production.

Robe Lights OTO Awards, Slovakia

The 2010 OTO (Osobnost Televiznej Obrazovky) Awards was staged at the New National Theatre in Bratislava, and celebrated the very best in Slovakian television from 2010, acknowledging talent, skills and innovation for all areas from news reporting and sports presentation to documentary, comedy and drama.

The star-studded event was televised live on Slovakia's main national channel, RTVS, and lit by the country's top TV lighting designer Martin Kubanka, who used Robe moving lights at the core of his rig. Lighting, sound and AV equipment was supplied by Slovakia's number one rental house, Q-99.

Christie Named One Of Canada’s Greenest Employers For 2011
