Following the launch of the M1 lighting controller, Martin Professional is adding two new PC-based controllers to its lineup: the M-PC Pro, which replaces the original Maxxyz PC, and the M-PC Basic.

For increased traction, Guard Dog Cable Protectors are now available with optional anti-slip rubber pads for use on smooth surfaces. The product is designed to protect electrical cables and hoses from damage while providing a safe crossing for vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The hinged lid allows easy access to cables/hoses, and the protectors are easy to set up, disassemble and store.

The new Quad Phase from American DJ is a moonflower effect with a 10-watt, four-color LED source that can be mixed to produce 13 colors. It has a 65° dispersion angle and 160 individual beams are moved with stepper motors.

Barco/High End Systems' new Intellaspot XT-1 is a hard-edged moving yoke light featuring 20,000 lumens output using an 850-watt HID lamp with a zoom range of 11°- 55°.

Coemar's new Reflection FullSpectrum is an LED lighting fixture with an interchangeable LED light source that directs light from an array of LEDs onto a parabolic reflector and reflects it back towards the front of the fixture. The extended beam path eliminates the projection of individual RGB LEDs and multi-colored shadows.

Niscon's new Raynok Concerto series of variable speed concert hoists has been engineered with the support and assistance of R&M Materials Handling using a Stagemaker Concert Hoist body and adding a rotary limit switch, load cell and three encoders. The two sets of safety limits act to prevent accidental over-travel.

Sapsis Rigging's ProPlus Rescue System is designed to work anywhere a fall hazard exists and allow for the safe and rapid assisted rescue of a victim. The company calls it the first such system designed for the entertainment industry, and it meets the requirements of OSHA regulations for assisted rescue.

FOR-A's new HVS-4000HS multi-format video switcher is available in 2 M/E or 2.5 M/E models and features support for HD/SD mixed inputs, as well as optional support for 3 Gbps and stereoscopic 3D production.

The third major update this year has been released for the LED lighting control software Madrix. The new version 2.10 is a free update for current users. It has several new features including MIDI remote editor, Windows audio session API, SCE video with de-interlacing support, Madrix Key DVI start and more.

MultiDyne' Lightcube is designed for the fiber optic field transport of composite, HD video, PL, IFB, audio and more. It can be configured for as many as 80 HD-SDI, SDI or composite video paths, with 225 AES or analog audio channels. It is compatible with DVI, RGB and HDMI and can be AC or battery powered.
