Twenty One Pilots’ “Icy” tour hit the road this summer, offering LD Tyler “Shap” Shapard the chance to produce an elegant and imaginative lighting design. To atmospherically engineer the mood and vibes for each song, he relied on a Solotech-supplied rig that included 80 Robe MegaPointes.

The University of Houston recently took advantage of the University Outreach Program from Vari-Lite, the originators of the modern moving head and Signify entertainment lighting brand, which enables emerging lighting design students to elevate their production looks and facilitates hands-on professional fixture experience. Claypaky has achieved a key milestone in its “CP Green” Sustainability Project by gaining ISO 14064-1:2018 Certification as the first entertainment lighting company being certified in the Carbon Inventory Management System. In March 2022, Claypaky launched its “CP Green – Spotlight on Sustainability” initiative for environmental sustainability. The project was undertaken in cooperation with Spinlife, spin-off of the University of Padova. Celebrating the vibrant hotel industry in South Australia, this annual event awards hotels with outstanding service and facilities. Busy and vibrant live music venue, Doornroosje, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, has invested in more Robe moving lights for its two main performance halls, which are action-packed with a full program – currently staging around double the number of pre-covid shows such is the demand – making up for down time during the pandemic.
