Elation Upgrade Combines Performance Boost with Energy Savings for Performing Arts Center in California

The Bob Burton Center for the Performing Arts is a beautiful 532-seat live performance venue in Fallbrook, CA that serves as a joint community/school facility with Fallbrook Union High School. Used for everything from high school productions to local theater, dance, and music performances, the venue’s aging stage lighting rig was recently upgraded with state-of-the-art Elation Professional fixtures as part of an energy reduction grant project.

Robe Crashes Luke Bryan’s Las Vegas Party

Luke Bryan turned to Show Designer/Director Brian Burke and Lighting/Set Designer Tom Sutherland from DX7 Design to ensure maximum visual impact for his first Las Vegas residency shows at the Resorts World Theatre. Excellence in the Theatre 2022 Tony Honors

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced that they will present the 2022 Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre to five outstanding contributors to the Broadway industry – United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, IATSE, the Asian American Performers Action Coalition (AAPAC); Broadway For All; music copyist, Emily Grishman; and Feinstein’s/54 Below.

The Tony Honors for Excellence in the Theatre were established in 1990 and are awarded annually to institutions, individuals and/or organizations that have demonstrated extraordinary achievement in theatre, but are not eligible in any of the established Tony Award categories.
