NASHVILLE — Andy Rushing, LD for Grammy Award-winning worship music stars Lauren Daigle and Kari Jobe, is also a member of The Belonging, a church founded by Australian transplants (and Christian artists) Henry and Alex Seeley, who had been involved in Influencers Church and Planetshakers down under. For a two-hour celebration of The Belonging’s fourth birthday at the Tennessee Center For The Performing Arts, Rushing used 12 Rogue R2 Wash and 18 Strike 4 units from Chauvet Professional along with other fixtures supplied by 4Wall.

Jimmy Davidson has been on quite a roll. A few years ago, the owner of Wiggly Lights started designing shows for bull-rider-turned-country-musician Cody Johnson. Things were lean at first, but Johnson’s career took off like a rocket with a string of Top Ten Billboard hits and sold out arena dates.

For years, inherently flame-retardant (IFR) fabrics were restricted to 20’ wide due to problems in manufacturing with the polyester fiber. Cycloramas and drops over 20’ high either needed unsightly seams or needed to be made from more flammable cotton, requiring frequent flame-proofing. This made the drops difficult to keep clean and limited their life-cycle. But no longer.
