LumenRadio says its new CRMX Nova TX USB, a wireless DMX transmitter launched at the Prolight +Sound show in Frankfurt, could open up new market segments, serving as an ultra-compact and easy to use solution that builds on the success of the company’s CRMX TiMo.

Blizzard Lighting’s Solar Cell LED blinder eatures 2x 100-watt mega bright 3200-3500K warm white LEDs that are capable of high impact 2-pixel strobe effects along with its 80° beam angle, making this fixture perfect for concert audience abuse and crowd blinding. With a CRI of 92, the Solar Cell is also well suited for theatre and house of worship use. This pro fixture features a 4-button LED control panel that allows total control over the fixture. Auto, master/slave, and sound active modes are just the tip of the iceberg along with full DMX control. The Solar Cell features PowerCON “TRUE”power connections and 3-pin DMX input and output connections.

 tvONE is now shipping their new 1T-MV-8474 4K Multiviewer. The 1T-MV-8474 is the latest product in tvONE’s range of 4K enabled products. It can display up to four video windows simultaneously via sixteen different fixed layouts, which can be recalled to present content in a variety of combinations. Combinations can vary from a straight forward Quad split, Picture-In-Picture, Triple, Side-By-Side, Full screen or something more complex with multiple layers.

Christie enhanced its 1DLP lineup of projection gear with the addition of four new GS Series laser phosphor projectors, including two HD models with BoldColor Technology. The projectors promise true-to-life images in a compact package for discreet installations in venues such as corporate meeting rooms, trade shows, entertainment venues and rental staging. More advanced than previous GS models, the four professional-grade models use a grid-based warping and blending processor and also have an option for camera-based warping, blending or stacking to make setups faster and simpler. They can also be rotated 360-degrees and used in portrait orientation, making them ideal for complex setups in rental staging and medium-sized fixed applications. At only 35dBA, users won’t be distracted by projector noise, and the new, sleeker design blends seamlessly into any environment. Lightweight and compact, the four new models promise impressive images using a laser phosphor light source with a 20,000 hour life for low maintenance and a low cost of ownership.

Martin’s outdoor-rated Exterior Projection 500, featured at Prolight + Sound 2016, promises to serve as a powerful creative fixture for the integration of light textures and graphics in outdoor lighting designs. Martin says its Exterior Projection 500 is specifically designed to project crisp images and striking lighting patterns on buildings and structure exteriors such as stadiums, arenas, hotels, theme parks, convention centers and more.

The new Wings IOBox Pro network control device from AV Stumpfl is due to ship this month. The company says the unit weighs 240 grams and is compact enough to fit in the palm of a hand, but is powerful enough to control an entire building’s automation, AV and lighting systems 24/7.

Martin debuted two additions to the P3 System Controller family of LED video processors at Prolight+Sound 2016 in Frankfurt, Germany. The P3-150 System Controller is a replacement for the P3-100 and P3-200 controllers, which have led the industry for more than seven years. The P3-050 System Controller brings the power of P3 to a lower price point.

PR Lighting’s compact, efficient XLED 300 Beam LED moving head is equipped with Osram’s Ostar Stage 60W LED (RGBW 4-in-1). It has a 4.7° beam angle to deliver unlimited movement. Other features include: Electronic dimmer 0-100% linearly adjustable; 0-25 fps electronic strobe; speed adjustable 720° pan and 270° tilt, with auto position correction; RGBW colour mixing (with macro); linearly adjustable colour temperature. This DMX-controllable fixture also includes: Wireless DMX compatibility; LED lamp overheating protection; Fixture usage time display; Sound control mode and Touch Key, Brightness and Contrast adjustable. The new XLED 300 Beam is shipping now.

Barco is expanding its line of HDF projector for large venues and events with a 3-chip DLP, 30,000-lumen model that offers WUXGA resolution. The HDF-W30LP FLEX projector uses a high-brightness laser phosphor light source that promises a low total cost of ownership, partly through an extended working life.

PPR Lighting’s XPar 150 features an advanced 150W LED lamp, offering full RGBW color mixing. Weighing a mere 6.2kg it is easy to handle and with its IP67 rating has been designed for outdoor use, thanks to its high-intensity die-casting aluminum chassis. The XPar 150 is also supported by a host of features. These include Colour Temperature of 2700K-10000K (linear correction); Beam Angle 30°; Field Angle 60°, 0-100% linearly adjustable dimmer and 0.3-20 fps strobing. The new product is shipping now.

Blizzard Lighting’s Motif series includes the Motif Vignette, which comes with eighteen 10-watt Quad-Color LEDs. The fixture’s cast aluminum housing allows for natural convection cooling, so there are no fans needed, making the Vignette well suited for sound-sensitive applications. The fixture also comes with dual mounting brackets, an IP rated AC power input cord with cable cap, 3-pin extended IP rated DMX in/out plugs and a set of IP rated DMX in/out cables. They are available in either black or white colored housing. Each fixture also comes with a deflection shield to reduce outward view of LEDs.

GLP plans to launch its new GT-1 hybrid fixture at Prolight + Sound 2016 in Frankfurt, Germany during the show, April 5-8, at booth 4.0. G19. The fixture is designed to work as a Spot, Beam and Wash fixture. Features include a high powered 470W discharge lamp and an optical system designed to produce a beam with a 22:1 ratio zoom range, from 2.5° to 55°. In Spot mode the fixture offers a wide range of effects, including CMY color mixing, eight rotating gobos, 14 fixed pattern gobos, additional beam reduction gobos and an interchangeable animation wheel. It also features three different rotating prisms, a fixed color wheel with CTO/CTB filters and a wash effect for softening the beam. In Beam mode the GT-1 delivers a powerful parallel beam of light at 2.5° through its large 145° diameter front lens, which remains bright and consistent over long distances. As with other GLP fixtures, the GLP GT-1 Hybrid Fixture features a GLP trademark – its ‘baseless’ chassis design. The fixture also has inbuilt wireless DMX control, full 16-bit pan and tilt movement and full range dimming and shuttering capabilities. The fixture also features an in-built battery for fixture set-up, an auto-sensing power supply and a low weight of just 25kg.
