LSC Lighting Systems’ Mantra Lite lighting controller is designed to control any type of fixture including LEDs and moving lights. Mantra’s App-like user interface and simple programming platform is helping newcomers to the world of lighting make great lighting shows.

The Axis Psycho 5R from Mega-Lite is a new beam animation effect moving head fixture. Equipped with dual rotating disks that move at different speeds, the beam is transformed into moving shapes and designs, creating a lighting effect like nothing ever seen before. The unit has a powerful 5R Lamp with a 8000K color temperature. It has 17 gobos plus open, a 14 color color-wheel plus open and a 3 bi-directional rotating prism. It is also equipped with a 1-13 dual blade shutter and frost effect.

ETC is announcing a potent new power-control solution to the Sensor3 family: the Sensor IQ Intelligent Breaker System. Sensor IQ is a low-cost, low-heat and low-noise load center with switching and low-voltage dimming. Its breaker combines Sensor’s high-inrush, trip-curve current sensing with remote switching control in a compact footprint with support for any combination of LEDs and moving lights. Sensor IQ also provides power for scenery, motor controls, video projection, and audio systems.

ADJ is shipping their new Ricochet product. Fitted with a powerful LED source and boasting a variable beam angle, rapid dual-mirror movement and a choice between 10 colors and 29 pattern macros, the flexible, feature-packed Ricochet from ADJ takes simulated laser effects to the next level.

Development engineers at BroadWeigh’s parent company, Mantracourt Electronics, have developed a new radio module giving four times the range of the previous system. Improvements in the omni-directional antenna have provided increased performance in more challenging environments such as high concentrations of truss or wall. PR Lighting says its new XR 330 BWS high-output moving head integrates three features (Beam, Wash and Spot) in a single unit. This fixture has adopted PR patented technology, and combines advanced 330W lamp technology (via Sirius HRI 330W discharge lamp) with a carefully designed optical system.
