ArKaos PRO released the latest version of its MediaMaster software. MediaMaster 4.2, unveiled earlier this year, adds an integrated Cue Player for reliable, accurate playback of visual sequences, and 4K support which enables three layers of 4K video to be played on servers with a Core i7 processor. MediaMaster 4.2 is available as a free upgrade to existing MM 4.x users.

GoboPlus.com, the one-stop online shop dedicated to the supply of custom and stock metal gobos, glass and digital gobos and projection images, is launching 350 new gobos designs and a newly upgraded website this fall featuring its new and classical items. Mega-Lite’s XS LED Strobe W comes with 324 White SMD LEDs. The LEDs have a wide 140º LED angle and the unit can operate as a wash, strobe or blinder light. The XS LED Strobe W has 3 and 9 segments of control. Line up multiple unit together in matrix to create chases and other eye-catching effects. The blinder effect boosts the power of the LED for 4 seconds to give an enormous burst of like worthy of any stage or venue.

Lasergraph DSP, the professional, de-central laser show control solution, is now available at Laserworld. Many of the high-profile show designing companies have relied on Laseranimation’s Lasergraph DSP for many years: The Lasergraph DSP controllers promise extreme output performance, as they are small computers on their own which handle the whole output processing in a decentralized way.

Clay Paky will be presenting new products at LDI this October including the company’s Scenius and Spheriscan fixtures. The Scenius fixture, pictured here, combines high light output with minimal operating noise and a CRI greater than 95.

Vectorworks, Inc., formerly Nemetschek Vectorworks, Inc., released Vectorworks 2016. The release includes more than 100 updates and features for its CAD and BIM design solutions, including Vectorworks Designer, Architect, Landmark, Fundamentals, Renderworks and Spotlight (pictured here). 

The U-Torm system from Cosmic Truss, which initially hit the market in 2014, now includes an expanded range, offering more options to create hanging positions for lighting, video projectors and other equipment. Added to the system is the new U-Torm 100 and U-Top 100 which have been built to accommodate larger pieces of equipment including high output moving lights, larger loudspeaker, and video projectors and other AV equipment. With an open inside width of 39.3 inches / 1 meter, the U-Torm 100 uses the same simple and fast rigging techniques that make it suitable for both permanent and temporary or touring situations.

Flex Rental Solutions’ Flex 4.11 contains several new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes for the Flex Production Manager, including the much anticipated job costing functionality. Job costing functionality includes a tab from the quote screen, along with a new job cost report.

Blackmagic Design announced a MultiView 1.1 Update for its MultiView 16. It features new audio meters, enhanced on screen labels, RGB output over HDMI and more.
