Christie’s FHQ552-T, Christie FHQ842-T and Christie FHQ981-L flat panels, previewed at InfoComm 2015, are now being launched. All three are suitable for meeting rooms, offices, lobbies and architectural displays, and can be banded with Christie Brio, Christie Spyder and the Christie Pandoras Box media server.

RC4 Wireless president and chief product designer James David Smith says its RC4Magic DMXpix pixel controller should dovetail nicely with the current surge in interest in intelligent pixel products. The product will be on display at PLASA stand J24.

ADJ’s Warlock is designed to serve as a powerful yet competitively priced fixture well suited for use by mobile entertainers, nightclubs and entertainment centers. The Warlock is a compact barrel-mirrored scanner, equipped with an ultra-bright 132W Philips Platinum MSD 2R lamp (co-engineered with ADJ) and an internal rotating reflector mirror for generating intense multi-beam effects. 

Elation Professional’s Platinum FLX multi-functional moving head luminaire is now shipping. Unlike any other hybrid lighting fixture on the market, the Platinum FLX houses a patent-pending dual optical system that promises a variety of advantages over traditional “hybrid” systems.

Mega-Lite’s Axis Beam 2R, a new pencil sharp moving head beam fixture, has a 2R lamp and motorized focus for projecting tight, vibrant beams. It is equipped with a 13-color wheel and 14-gobo wheel, both with bi-directional rotation. More features of this versatile unit include a 16-facet prism with bi-directional rotation at various speeds, a dual blade dimmer and shutter strobe. 

ArKaos PRO released the latest version of its MediaMaster software. MediaMaster 4.2, unveiled earlier this year, adds an integrated Cue Player for reliable, accurate playback of visual sequences, and 4K support which enables three layers of 4K video to be played on servers with a Core i7 processor. MediaMaster 4.2 is available as a free upgrade to existing MM 4.x users.

GoboPlus.com, the one-stop online shop dedicated to the supply of custom and stock metal gobos, glass and digital gobos and projection images, is launching 350 new gobos designs and a newly upgraded website this fall featuring its new and classical items. Mega-Lite’s XS LED Strobe W comes with 324 White SMD LEDs. The LEDs have a wide 140º LED angle and the unit can operate as a wash, strobe or blinder light. The XS LED Strobe W has 3 and 9 segments of control. Line up multiple unit together in matrix to create chases and other eye-catching effects. The blinder effect boosts the power of the LED for 4 seconds to give an enormous burst of like worthy of any stage or venue.

Lasergraph DSP, the professional, de-central laser show control solution, is now available at Laserworld. Clay Paky will be presenting new products at LDI this October including the company’s Scenius and Spheriscan fixtures. The Scenius fixture, pictured here, combines high light output with minimal operating noise and a CRI greater than 95.
