LOS ANGELES – Elation Professional’s EZ6 is a high-resolution 6mm indoor LED video display panel. Its light weight and modular quick assembly make it suited for visual displays at nightclubs, concert venues, live stages, exhibit halls and public spaces. It features 6mm pixel pitch, 1,800-nit brightness and 960 Hz refresh rate, producing high-definition graphics, text, logos or images. Panels may be linked together and can be floor or wall-mounted.

LOS ANGELES – Elation Professional has added to its Rayzor LED moving head series with the Rayzor Q12. Designed for applications requiring a more powerful output, such as the club and stage, the Rayzor Q12 is equipped with 12 x 15-watt 4-in-1 RGBW LEDs, which produce up to 5,840 lux at 5 meters. It also offers some new effects and a sharp 7-degree beam angle, 14-degree field angle.

Martin’s Rush series of affordably-priced effect lights include the Rush MH 1 Profile (pictured here), an LED profile two gobo wheels and one color wheel; the MH 2 Wash, an RGBW LED wash moving head with a fixed 20° beam angle; the MH 3 Beam, for intense and narrow beam effects; the Rush Strobe 1 5×5, with a 5-by-5 matrix of individually controllable white LEDs; the Rush PAR 1 RGBW, an LED PAR Can with premixed RGBW color mixing; and the Rush Pin 1 CW, a white LED pin spot with two beam options.

NORTH CREEK, NY – Creative Stage Lighting has announced improvements in their Dura-Flex product line. Dura-Flex Cat-5E cable is now the optimal choice for heavy-duty and industrial applications. It has an improved outer jacket that’s tougher, but easier to handle. It’s chemical resistant, CMX rated for outdoor use and, like all Dura-Flex cables, REACH and RoHS compliant. Dura-Flex Cat-5E is extensively tested to ensure compliance to TIA network standards.

FRANKFURT, Germany — Robe’s Robin MMX Blade, featured at Prolight + Sound 2013, uses the 1200W-comparable MMX discharge fixture and adds a framing shutter system into the optical path. Each shutter blade’s position and angle can be controlled individually, and the framing module can also be rotated. Pre-programmed shutter blade shape and movement sequences allow for unique aerial effects.

LOS ANGELES – The Cosmic Truss F34 Baby Tower allows for an unobtrusive ground support system to be used. Its compact form makes it suitable for applications where locations are difficult to access and where application with normal ground support is too big and heavy. Instead of being conceived as a truss tower, Baby Tower is essentially a tube — designed to support a grid made of 12-inch box truss. The legs are in sections and can be set to a maximum height of 23 feet (7 meters) while retaining a strong aesthetic.
