DALLAS – Philips Vari-Lite introduces the new VL3015, VL3015LT, and VL3515 Spot luminaires with the increased output of a 1500W lamp. The VL3015 and VL3515 feature a 6:1 zoom optics system, while the VL3015LT offers a 10:1 zoom. All include CYM color mixing, variable CTO color temperature correction, gobo/effects wheels and strobe. Custom gobos, effects and colors are also available.

Color mixing ranges from rich saturations to delicate pastels. SUNNYVALE, CA – New OSRAM Ostar Stage LEDs have a flatter profile, a narrow beam angle and higher luminance than before. They are now only 1.23 mm high – one-quarter of the usual height – enabling a much more compact spotlight design. The glass cover on the new LEDs has been optimized for injection of the light into lens systems. The LEDs can be used in spotlights of any size, from small stage spotlights to large moving head luminaires.

VAN NUYS, CA – Litepanels’ Inca 6 and Inca 4 mirror the capabilities of their daylight counterparts in the Sola Series of Fresnels, but will output tungsten-balance light that can be integrated with light from legacy tungsten fixtures.

LOS ANGELES – Elation Professional’s new Platinum Wash ZFX Pro RGBW moving head wash features a Quad color OSRAM LED chipset and HO (high output) optical lens design. “ZFX” stands for Zoom and Effects features, which are new to the Platinum Wash series. The “FX” refers to Chase/Zone effects, which are rings of LED array controllable zones, adding visual eye candy. This is one of the first Elation products with special control features including RDM (Remote Device Management) functions.

MIDDLETON, WI — The ETC Source Four LED produces a sharp, clean beam of focusable light or a smooth wash. The luminaire will be available in three versions: Lustr+, Daylight and Tungsten.The Source Four LED Lustr+ offers a complete palette of colors using the Selador x7 Color System. The Source Four LED Tungsten and Daylight produce maximum brightness at the respective warm (3000K) and cool white (5600K) color temperatures.

The Robe ROBIN DLF is a fresnel wash fixture designed to complement the ROBIN range of fixtures. It uses high powered RGBW LEDs. Zoom range is from 5.5 to 60 degrees with a diffusion filter to extend the range further. Beam shaping module allows for some eye-catching aerial effects.

The VMB TL-A150 lifts 150kg (331 lbs.)  to a height of 5.3m (17.4 ft.) while the TL-A300 lifts 300kg (662 lbs.) to a height of 5.8m (19 ft.). Both lifts maintain compact features and the ALS (Auto Lock Security) system, a safety feature which automatically locks the lift masts as they rise. The two new lifts also have the new built-in feature, the SRS (Sequence Retainer System), which means that the sections of the lift rise and descend in sequence, one after the other.
