PR Lighting has announced the release of its new XS 1200 Spot — a versatile, bright moving head, with rapid beam movement. The fixture uses a 1200W short arc discharge lamp, which is optimised by the super-efficient optical system.

The XS 1200 features a CYM colour mixing system with macro function, six dichroic colour filters (plus white) and linear CTO, as well as five indexable rotating gobos and seven fixed gobos plus white (all easily interchangeable). There is a motorised 12°-22° linear zoom, extended to fixed 26° (16-bit adjustment).

Gefen announced the availability of its second generation Extra Long Range (ELR) Extender for HDMI using Power over Line (POL) technology. This new model, the GefenPRO ELR Extender for HDMI over CAT5 with POL II, uses a traditional sender/receiver methodology to extend HDMI with 3DTV pass-through, IR, RS-232, Ethernet and power up to 330-feet (100m) in distance using just one CAT-5 cable.

GERMANTOWN, WI – WAGO Corporation’s new 758-915 Bluetooth ETHERNET Gateway wirelessly transfers ETHERNET protocols, such as PROFINET, MODBUS/TCP or EtherNet/IP via Bluetooth 2.0. Replacing communication lines between two automation systems, 758-915 features a 400 meter range courtesy of an international, license-free 2.4–2.480 GHz ISM band. This is ideal for mobile applications or those where cable-based data transmission would be too costly, complex or impossible.

The 3SKB-5055 LCD screen case is rotationally molded of Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) for maximum strength and durability. Acclaim’s interactive Cat Walk Panel is a 40mm pixel pitch video panel that features 25 full-color 5050 SMD LEDs and is designed to add visual interest to bars — on the dance floor, on walls, or on the bar counter itself. Because they’re touch-sensitive, they can change colors when the bartender slides a drink. Cat Walk Panels can also be used as interactive light walls or, as its name suggests, on the fashion runway, with models lighting up the surface which each step they take.

ArKaos’ GrandVJ 1.5 lets VJs compose up to eight layers of video on the fly and includes two major new features: Transitions and ArKaos Connect VST. The 37 new transitions are distributed across the following groups: eight Fades, three Blinds, six Masks, four Distortions, three 3Ds, two Pixelizations, seven Rectangles, one Slide, one Swipe and two Waves.

The Wing LED Wall Washer from Philips Selecon evenly lights walls more than 3 meters in height without risking damage to exhibited items with UV or infrared radiation. There are two modules. The first is a “warm white” (50,000hrs, 69lm/watt) fixture, dimmable via local touch switch (cycle up/down) control or via Dali control, for a high quality white light. The second is a RGB/Tuneable White (35,000hrs, 29lm/watt) controlled via DMX (RDM address). It lets users fine-tune the color temperature and intensity, and users can match it to ambient light levels, warming as night falls, or switched to transform a space with vibrant color for special events.

The MultiWall Gll – HP5 light batten is designed for indoor or outdoor use with an IP20/65 rating. It incorporates 62 1W RGBA&W LEDs and is fitted with XLR and PowerCon connectors, a conversion kit is supplied to replace these with PG9 fittings for outdoor use.
