It was in 1985 when Hansen set off in his wheelchair on his Man in Motion World Tour, covering 40,000 kilometers through 34 countries in over 26 months to raise funds for spinal cord research.

The floor of The Cube becomes a volatile and unpredictable physical boundary with which contestants have to deal and overcome while they perform the tasks. The Video Floor uses three RGB LEDs positioned next to each other to populate the LED PCBs - as opposed to SMD boards - which produces a specific quality of pixel suited to the gaming video content displayed on the floor.

XL Events played a big role in the concert, creating the projection mapping onto the Palace and also the wraparound screens for the concert stage around the Queen Victoria Monument in front of the Palace. LD Durham Marenghi and XL Event’s Project Manager Steve Greetham guided the design.
