CENTURY CITY, CA: Bubbleworks fills ‘The Atrium’ at Westfield Century City, sending a surprise sea of bubbles into the sky over Century City for ‘Art Universe.’ The quarter-hourly bubble moment was created by the LA-based bubble effects company to increase visibility and foot traffic to the two-week visual art installation created by Wisdome LA.
