MIAMI LAKES, FL – LPS Production is proud to announce the addition of Juan Ugas as Director of Lighting Services/Project Manager. Formerly with Beachsound/3G Productions, Juan brings almost 30 years experience working in the entertainment and production management industry. In his new role, Juan will be responsible for concept, design and production of shows in the USA and Latin American markets.

Juan received his education in Electrical Engineering at Universidad Central de Venezuela and is involved in children’s charities, Children’s Resources and Boys and Girls Club of Broward County.
