NASHVILLE, TN and HUNTSVILLE, AL — 4Wall Entertainment agreed to buy the assets of TLS, Inc. Also joining 4Wall are TLS owner David Milly (named 4Wall executive VP) and touring manager Scott DeVos (4Wall VP of concert touring). 4Wall Nashville will be 4Wall’s fifth regional center (others are in or near New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Washington DC.) 4Wall’s acquisition of TLS, Inc. is expected to be completed by June 1, 2012.
Since it was founded in 1981, TLS, Inc. had grown from its Huntsville, AL home base, opening locations in Nashville, TN and Jackson, MI.
“This move will allow us to provide our customers with access to 4Wall’s rental inventory, which contains the newest lighting products available,” said Milly, who will also now be co-owner and shareholder of the new 4Wall Nashville operation. “In addition, I feel our customers will receive the same attention to detail we have always provided at TLS, Inc.”
