KNOXVILLE, TN – Bandit Lites supported Alice Cooper's Theater of Death tour this year, and also the Gruesome Twosome tour with Cooper and friend/protégé Rob Zombie. Founder and chairman Michael T. Strickland, vice president Michael Golden and San Francisco general manager Dizzy Gosnell all grew up with an appreciation for Cooper's music since the late 1960s.

Manager Shep Gordon and tour manager Toby Mamis have worked with Bandit for the last two decades, and production manager Cesare Sabatini and lighting designer Chad "Chopper" Lewis also work with Bandit in support of Cooper's tours.

For the Gruesome Twosome Tour,  the lighting system was a central part of the shock delivery that Cooper and Zombie worked to achieve for every show.

Lewis, along with Zombie designer Damian Rogers, put together a system that included Martin MAC 2000 Spots, Performances, Washes and Color Blasts, as well as a plethora of truss, motors and PAR cans in the rig.

The show had two different looks, with Zombie using video elements while Cooper stuck with old school lighting effects. The console of choice for both artists' LDs was the grandMA.

Cooper bounced back and forth between the U.S. and Europe during the year, but the Gruesome Twosome dates all occurred in America.

"Alice, band, management and staff are the best in the industry," said Golden. "It is a pleasure and an honor to work with such a talented and legendary group. We look forward to the next great adventure with them."
