BRANSON, MO — Blue Planet Lighting said it has recently purchased all assets of the former lighting company, Theatreworks, LLC. BPL won a bid from the state of Missouri which included all of the former company’s new and used stock, rental gear, furniture, computers and other items.
The items were put up for bid separately, but Blue Planet submitted an all-inclusive bid to cover the entire inventory being offered. Upon notification from state officials in late March, BPL took ownership and has moved the inventory into their warehouse located in Hollister, Missouri.
Included in the package are Robe, Coemar and High End Moving Lights, High End and Leprecon Lighting Consoles as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in new stock.
Blue Planet Lighting announced plans to sell much of the new and used gear it has acquired.
