MOORESTOWN, NJ – With the Borgata Hotel and Casino’s recent announcement of its new $11 million dollar conference and event space, branded the “Central Conference Center”, Starlite will provide an innovative and custom architectural lighting and control system throughout the 18,000 square-foot bi-level venue. The system, which includes ETC Sensor and Unison dimming paired with Paradigm architectural control, incorporates high-end touchscreen interfaces, which will allow the client to adapt the décor lighting based on the individual needs of the venue, event or client.
More details from Starlite (www.starlite.com):
“The meeting rooms include an advanced control system that will enable the client to map out their complex lighting and building-control systems, which is a significant element in this project,” mentions Starlite Account Manager, Bob Wolfe. Starlite is collaborating with long-time colleague Calvi Electric Company, who will do the install.
Besides the Central Conference Center, the hip Atlantic City facility tapped Starlite for two additional projects:
The acoustically engineered, Borgata Theater, which can hold up to 1,000 guests and is broadcast ready with media rich technology, has an impressive line-up of moving lights provided by Starlite, including (14) Martin MAC Quantum Profiles, (22) Martin MAC Aura XB’s, (22) Chauvet COLORrado 144 Touring Fixtures, and (50) Chauvet COLORrado 2-Quad Zoom tour fixtures.
Angeline, an 8,200 square-foot fine-dining Italian restaurant, established by Michael Symon (and named after his mother). Starlite will be updating the dimming system and lighting technology.
