AMHERST, NY – Columbus McKinnon Corporation, a provider hoist and rigging equipment and training, has launched an online classroom for its CM-ET Lodestar Electric Chain Hoist Training.
For more than 30 years, CM-ET has been conducting 1-day motor schools to help familiarize entertainment technicians and riggers on safe and proper general maintenance and repair of the Lodestar. The results of doing this training are proven by the thousands of CM Lodestars being used in the field today.
This virtual class offers the same comprehensive curriculum developed by professional training instructors as the traditional class. However, by participating online, students can learn at their own pace and their own schedule – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It also avoids the additional expense of traveling and being away from business. This course has been designed by Columbus McKinnon entertainment product and safety instructors and is hosted by technical partners at Operator Network.
