SUNRISE, FL – Cosmogenic LLC has signed an agreement and acquired the remaining assets of Inner Circle Distribution (ICD) of Sunrise, FL. ICD will continue to distribute the full line of hazebase hazers & foggers, SoftLED curtains and a new line of lighting fixtures called Elements. "The previous owners built a great platform to serve the industry with quality products, service and after the sales care," said new owner Craig Singer, who pledged to "continue this great service." He will serve as president of ICD.
Singer added that he was "thrilled to be able to distribute some of the best brands in the industry," calling Hazebase as the source for "a great line of foggers and the number one case mounted hazer in the world. Soft LED," he added, "is the leader in their category," adding that "the quality of the product lines" as a key reason "why I acquired the ICD Brand."
The new Elements line, Singer predicted, will "open up many new opportunities," saying the Elements line offers "the right mix of performance and value," with a competitive pricing profile.
Singer also named Bruce J. Bandy vice president of business development, and noted Bandy's experience as a designer, purchaser, dealer and manufacturers representative for lighting gear.
