Show and Design Group (SDG) is pleased to announce that Edmond Deraedt has joined the company as an Account Executive. Edmond has decades of experience as a Lighting Director for in person and televised live events.
Edmond’s career begun as a House Lighting Director for touring musical acts, and for theatre as a Lead Electrician. As a touring Lighting Director, Edmond has experience in venues across the country. His work for the MLB Network has garnered him three Emmy awards.
SDG’s CEO Lew Aronoff says, “Edmond cares deeply about the quality and craft needed to have a great live event and deal with problems before they happen. I’m thrilled he’s joining our team. His attitude and experience fit perfectly with what we are building at SDG.”
Edmond adds, “From the first conversations, I could tell that the people at SDG really care about the show and the customer. We all got along so easily it was clear this is a good fit. I’m excited to bring my show site expertise to even more events and different types of shows.”
