The new Production Exchange portal, at www.myelationpx.com, is designed to help users search for specific Elation products and find out within minutes who has them available for rent. The portal is integrated into the rental management software of a network of Elation dealers throughout the nation.
“We decided to establish our Production Exchange portal because we were getting so many calls from customers asking, ‘Do you know who has this or that product for rent?’” said Eric Loader, director of sales for Elation Professional.
“Now designers and installers will be able to go online and find the rental products they need immediately and in real-time. They’ll be assured of getting the exact Elation lighting and video products required for a job, in the quantities needed, right when they need them.
“Not only will this make life easier for our customers, it will also give them an edge in winning business, because they’ll always be able to provide the best and most cost-efficient products for each job,” Loader added.
