SANTA CLARA, CA – Element Labs announced a partnership with two parts and repair firms: LightParts (Austin, Texas) and Lighting Hospital (Bristol, U.K.). Customers in the Americas and Asia will be serviced by LightParts and those in Europe, Mid-East and Africa (EMEA) will be supported by Lighting Hospital. LightParts and Lighting Hospital will perform all warranty and paid service repairs on the Versa line of products – Stealth, Versa Tubes, Versa Tiles and Versa Rays. They will also sell spare parts on these product lines.
