NASHVILLE, TN — Cole Swindell Continues to Grow with Nashville-based Production Company for 2015 Headline and Support Dates.
More details from Elite Multimedia (www.elitemultimedia.com):
Country singer Cole Swindell is selling out shows and charting his own, well-deserved number ones after writing hits for other country artists like Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line. After multiple offers from record labels, Swindell signed on with Warner Music Nashville, released his first album and will continue to perform for his established fan base in 2015 with the help of Nashville-based production house Elite Multimedia Productions.
Swindell’s Front of House and Production Manager James “Mo” Butts has an invested relationship with both Swindell and Elite, saying “it was an easy choice; it would’ve been my first choice to begin with, but ties with management and personal relationships made it even easier.”
Lighting and video designer Justin Kitchenman of FadeUp Design also continues his connections with the production company by providing his talents for Swindell’s tour. With more support shows than headlining dates this year, the rig was designed to be high impact while remaining compact for logistical reasons.
“The rig is comprised of ground supported lighting and video elements,” Kitchenman explained. “The core is four set carts that roll into place on either side of the center drum riser. The set carts are dual purpose; they contain the band’s backline guitar amps and racks on the backside, and have lighting elements mounted on the fronts and tops. These carts are amazing because we were able to pack so many production elements into a small portable space that fits on any stage that is large enough to house our band. Aside from the set carts, there are four preloaded truss towers. These towers are actually just eight-foot Tyler GT truss that is loaded with our Ayrton Magic Panels, Chauvet Epix Strips, Showline Nitro strobes and topped with a Clay Paky Sharpy.”
Phillips Showline Nitro 510 strobes, Clay Paky a led K10s and a GrandMA 2 lite comprise the rest of the lighting rig.
“The design that Justin has put together for Cole was enjoyable to be a part of,” said Tom Wilson, VP of Event Productions at Elite. “His designs are consistently impressive no matter the size of the artist. Matching his designs with our products and service is a seamless and ideal relationship.”
