MONTREAL and CHICAGO — HaiVision Network Video named Mahmoud J. Al-Daccak senior vice president of engineering. In this role, Al-Daccak will oversee product and solutions development for the company and its clients. Al-Daccak served as vice president of engineering and chief technology officer at MaxT Systems. While at MaxT, he rebuilt the engineering team, overhauled the company’s technology direction, and participated in the strategic planning and fundraising that culminated in the acquisition of the company.
