LAS VEGAS — There’s still time for PLSN readers to let their voices be heard and vote for the six top regional lighting companies in North America — one for each of five U.S. regions, and a sixth for all of Canada. Readers who vote will be the ones narrowing the field from 36 to just six regional winners. These finalists will then appear on the Parnelli Awards ballot, for a second round of voting to determine which company gets named the Parnelli Hometown Hero Lighting Company of the Year at the awards ceremony in Anaheim, CA on Jan. 25, 2019.

The 36 regional lighting companies on the Hometown Hero ballot, which has been online since voting began earlier this month, is based on nominations made during the month of August.
Although nominations for Hometown Heroes are no longer open for this year’s contest, PLSN readers can still nominate people, companies (including larger lighting rental companies) and products from a broad array of Parnelli and Indispensable Technology awards categories. Parnelli nominations are open until Oct. 19.

Voting for the Parnelli Awards nominees, Hometown Hero finalists and Indispensable Technology Awards will take place after the Parnelli Awards ballot is finalized and posted in early November. Parnelli Awards voting will then continue throughout the month of November.
