LAS VEGAS – There’s one more day for PLSN readers to vote for the six top regional Hometown Hero lighting companies in North America (the deadline is Oct. 1), and another fast-approaching deadline is for nominations for Parnelli and Indispensable Technology Awards. Nominations are open until Oct. 11, 2019, 5 p.m. PST. Vote and nominate today!
The last-minute Hometown Hero votes will narrow the field of regional lighting companies down from 36 to six regional winners, who will then appear on the Parnelli Awards ballot for a second round of voting. The winner will receive the Parnelli Award for Hometown Hero Lighting Company of the Year at the awards ceremony in Anaheim, CA on Jan. 17, 2020.

Although nominations for Hometown Heroes are no longer open for this year’s contest, PLSN readers can still nominate people, companies (including larger lighting rental companies) and products from a broad array of Parnelli and Indispensable Technology awards categories – for little more than a week. As noted above, Parnelli and “IT” Award nominations are open until Oct. 11, 2019, 5 p.m. PST.

Voting for the Parnelli Awards nominees, Hometown Hero finalists and Indispensable Technology Awards will take place after the Parnelli Awards ballot is finalized and posted in early November. Parnelli Awards voting will then continue throughout the month of November and into early December.
