TAMPA – Bay Stage Lighting had a busy Valentine's Day weekend, providing lighting and décor for two benefit galas – the Suncoast Hospice Foundation and WEDU, a local PBS affiliate. conceptBAIT, a special event design firm, also provide drapes for both events. The 9th annual Hospice Ball, held at the Palm Court Ballroom at the St. Petersburg Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, was themed "All You Need Is…Love." For that event, Bay Stage Lighting provided 50 Color Kinetics Color Blast LED fixtures, 10 Vari*Lite VL2500 spots, six VL2500 washes, a Reel EFX DF 50 hazer, six Lekos and scoop fixtures. The tables and centerpieces were also equipped with color-changing LED fixtures.
