RIEGELSVILLE, PA — Terri Cooper-Nelson, co-owner and vice president of Nelson Enterprises Theatrical Supply Company and Nelson Custom Case Company, passed away at the Hunterdon Care Center in Flemington, NJ surrounded by friends and family after a battle with cancer on Aug. 28, 2018. She was 55.
Born in Flemington, NJ on Oct. 23, 1962 she was the daughter of Thomas Cooper and the late Joan Cooper, prior residents of Holland Township, NJ who retired to Florida. Terri worked as a court clerk and IT technician at the Hunterdon County Courthouse in Flemington, NJ for many years. She then retired, and after marrying her husband, William A. Nelson, III, she went on to be co-owner and vice president of Nelson Enterprises Theatrical Supply Company and Nelson Custom Case Company.
She loved animals, flowers, and life. Terri was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Milford, NJ, Eastern Star-Stewart Chapter 166, AARP, and NJ Porsche Club. Surviving are her loving husband of 14 years William A. Nelson, III; two sons, Thomas Cooper-Werd, Randy Werd; her father, Thomas Cooper; sisters Kim Kenjorski and Karen Suozzo; her brother, Thomas Cooper; her aunt Letha Andrews; her uncle, Joey Cooper; along with nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, Goddaughter Taylor Cofield, Godson Edward Kenjorski, two dogs, four cats, and one bird.
