Touring means taking into consideration a lot of details by the band and the live production professionals supporting the tour. Musicians and crew must all work with the tour manager to ensure that things run smoothly, cost effectively and profitably. Learn about how to work with this important team member from a couple of the best in the business. Get inside the decisions that can make or break a tour, often before it even hits the road.
