Long Reach Long Riders Log 2,114 Miles, Raise $36,500

BILLINGS, MT — For the Long Reach Long Riders’ 8th annual charity motorcycle ride, 14 riders, five passengers and two chase cars covered 2,114 miles from July 2-9 around still-snowy peaks and over snowmelt-gorged rivers in the American West.

The group raised more than $36,500 for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and The ESTA Foundation’s Behind the Scenes program — bringing the total amount raised since 2004 to just under  $300,000.

The 9th annual (2012) Long Reach Long Rider charity ride will take place in the Pacific Northwest and begin on August 4, 2012. For details on the route, registration and donation information, please visit www.lrlr.org.
