DAYTONA BEACH, FL — Morris provided a range of services, including lighting design, audio and lighting gear, across the Southeast over Memorial Day weekend. Events included the Bayou Country Superfest in Baton Rouge, LA; the Kenny Chesney ‘Spread the Love’ tour stop in Louisville, KY and the Country 500 at the Daytona International Speedway in Florida (pictured here).

More details from Morris (www.experiencemorris.com):

“We pride ourselves on client service, putting an emphasis on making sure their vision is always carried out to the best of our abilities,” said David Haskell, Morris President. “When it comes to simultaneously executing four events of this magnitude across multiple states, that focus becomes even more important.”

“In order to ensure the best experience for both our clients and the people attending each venue, we relied heavily on our team’s experience in planning for large-scale events,” said Danny Rosenbalm, Morris CEO. “These Memorial Day weekend events truly showcase our company’s capability and capacity when it comes to successfully executing live events.”

Morris—through its work for Festival Productions Incorporated—designed lighting and provided audio and lighting gear as well as experienced crews for the Country 500 at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, Florida and the Bayou Country Superfest at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Additionally, Morris provided audio, lighting and crew for Kenny Chesney’s Spread the Love Tour stop at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. Chesney has used Morris for tour production for 20 years.

In Nashville, Tennessee, Morris provided audio and lighting gear as well as experienced crew for the “I Love the 90s” Tour at Bridgestone Arena.

“These four venues required their own specific game-plan when it came to providing the right equipment and making sure everything was ready on time,” said David Graham, Morris account manager. “We’re talking hundreds of moving lights, hundreds of speakers and amplifiers, hundreds of feet of truss and dozens of crew. I’m extremely proud of our team for helping create memorable experiences for over 200,000 fans across the Southeast.”

In continuing its emphasis on creating memorable experiences in live event production, Morris will be heavily involved in the upcoming CMA Music Festival, which takes place in Nashville June 9–12, as well as Music City’s annual 4th of July celebration, “Let Freedom Sing.”
