Once, Peter and the Starcatcher Take Tony Honors for Lighting, Scenic Design

NEW YORK — The Broadway musical Once was honored with eight Tony Awards this year. Along with “Best Musical,” it swept production categories honoring designers for lighting (Natasha Katz), scenic design (Bob Crowley) and sound (Clive Goodwin).

Among plays, Peter and the Starcatcher’s design team also picked up Tony Awards for best lighting (Jeff Croiter), scenic design (Donyale Werle) and sound (Darron L West).

The Tony Awards took place June 10 at the Beacon Theatre in New York.
