PETALUMA, CA — Panamax/Furman is supporting the Independent Professional Representatives Organization (IPRO) through a new company sales incentive program that pays up to $500 towards IPRO dues or annual conference fees for sales representative firms that achieve their sales target.

“Panamax/Furman is setting a wonderful example for the industry with this new sales program. Not only does it encourage their reps to perform, but it shows how important the company holds the continued education of their sales force in this rapidly changing market,” said

Raymond Wright, executive director at IPRO, called the program “innovative” and that it reflects the high regard Panamax/Furman has for “the continued education of their sales force in this rapidly changing market…We hope that other manufacturers will follow Panamax/Furman’s lead with similar initiatives of their own.”

IPRO is a national nonprofit organization consisting of professional electronics industry reps and rep firms. Established in 1988, IPRO provides sales, marketing, and management tools through conferences, networking, research and educational opportunities.

“IPRO is an important organization that not only contributes to the education and professionalism of consumer electronics sales reps, but also strengthens the relationship between rep and manufacturer. Ultimately, this benefits dealers and integrators and their customers,” said Jimmy Paschke, director of custom install sales at Panamax/Furman. “We encourage all of our reps to participate in the organization, as we do as a manufacturer, and are pleased to offer this new initiative to make it even easier. All they have to do is hit their sales target, and we will be happy to send that payment directly to IPRO on their behalf.”
