PCE, a live event production company located in Southern California, has hired events industry veteran Andrew Lynch to spearhead sales efforts in the company’s brand-new office in San Diego. As the company’s newest Account Executive, Lynch will help facilitate live event production, equipment rentals, retail sales, and integration projects in the San Diego region.
Lynch comes to PCE from Clearwing Systems Integration, where he performed lighting installations and service. Prior to his post at Clearwing, Lynch served a 13-year stint at Sea World San Diego as the Supervisor of Theatrical Maintenance.
“We couldn’t be more excited about adding Andrew to our growing San Diego team,” said PCE CEO and cofounder Ryan Steidinger. “We have no doubt his skills and industry connections will deliver an immediate, positive impact at our brand-new office in San Diego.”

Lynch plans to put his skills and experience to work in his new position right away. With a long list of industry contacts, Lynch expects to quickly become a crucial component of the PCE effort to expand its business into a new market. PCE opened its San Diego office in late 2022, the first physical expansion to its Huntington Beach-based headquarters. The company plans to celebrate the launch of this new branch with an official grand opening announcement later this year.
