NEW YORK — In a letter to its members on Oct. 5, PLASA North America shared more details about its upcoming split from the European branch of the organization. The North American group
will be changing its name (possibly back to ESTA). The letter also outlined the structure of the new board and noted that more discussions will take place during the group’s general meeting on Oct. 22 in Las Vegas.
