ARMONK, NY – Production Resource Group, L.L.C. (PRG) acquired Showtec Beleuchtungs- und Beschallungs GmbH. Showtec, with headquarters in Cologne, Germany and subsidiaries in Berlin and Munich, will not be re-branded, and Wilfried Schiefer and Ralf Richrath will remain in their present leadership roles. Founded in 1983, Showtec provides a broad range of lighting, audio and LED equipment for trade events, concert tours, television productions and other events.
