As businesses reopen and restrictions on public gatherings start to ease, the question we keep hearing is: What will meetings and events look like following the COVID-19 pandemic?
Meeting safely, undoubtedly, will be the top priority. As we begin the road to recovery, we anticipate smaller meeting sizes aligned with evolving governmental guidelines including physical distancing and enhanced cleaning procedures.
To help get the live event industry, event planners, and our teams back to work, PSAV and our family of companies, along with our venue and industry partners, have designed the MeetSAFE Guidelines. It is a series of meeting formats, equipment packages, and recommendations that address how to reduce risk, increase confidence, and promote well-being within the meeting space.
