POTTSTOWN, PA – Upstage Video recently ramped up their already extensive inventory of Daktronics modular LED video gear with the additon of 75 Daktronics PST-12HD panels from Media Visions, a Birmingham, Tenn., based rental company.
"Our clients are demanding larger and larger displays, so we were in the market to increase our inventory," said Doug Murray, President of Upstage Video. "I am familiar with the Daktronics product and the people that ran it from Media Visions. The gear is in pristine condition, looks brand new and without the financial challenges a new purchase might present… it was the ideal choice for us."
Upstage Video has taken ownership of the product, both companies are looking at this transaction as more of a partnership than a simple gear transaction. Upstage Video intends to park a portion of its inventory at their Boulder, Colo., location to service the Rocky Mountain and West Coast client base. The building block nature of the product allows the company to create displays of nearly any shape or size and add extra panels as large projects present themselves.
