LOS ANGELES – The week of March 15, the Wybron Mobile Showroom begins its sixth leg, hitting the Los Angeles area. The Mobile Showroom is a moveable showcase for Wybron gear, including the new Cygnus LED Wash Light, which first hit the road in October 2009. "The challenge of this industry is to actually get information to the people who will benefit from it," said Keny Whitright, CEO of Wybron, Inc. "A trade show is terrific, sure, but you're often lacking time to connect with all the folks you would like to."
Along with hands-on demos of Wybron products, the Mobile Showroom is used to impart knowledge about the general theories and mechanics relating to professional lighting.
"The educational component is an important one," said Whitright. "You often see misuse or just plain overkill of lighting in churches or schools, and we want to provide some perspective for people in those markets."
The Mobile Showroom will continue with nearly two years of planned stops across North America, with the next being in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
