Introduction to DMX & RDM (June 29, 10am – 4pm)
This training day covers all the basics of the DMX and RDM protocols. Aimed at people who are new to the technology, it will start from the beginning of DMX, explain how it works, how it can be used and will highlight good working practices. The second half of the day will cover the new protocol RDM and show how this will benefit the industry.
Colour-Tramp (July 7, 10am – 4pm)
The Artistic Licence Colour-Tramp control system is designed to help users program and control two and three dimensional lighting arrays. This course outlines this new tool’s capabilities.
DALI (Oct. 5, 10am – 4pm)
Artistic Licence also added extra dates for its DALI training, now supported with a new manual.
Art-Net (Oct. 26, 9.30am – 1.30pm)
The Art-Net Ethernet control protocol was originally invented by Artistic Licence and published, royalty-free, to the public domain over 10 years ago. Since then, more than 130 manufacturers have subscribed to its use and incorporated it into their product ranges. This half-day training session is to help users become more familiar with its functionality.
