Today the strong 3 kW CyberHoist II offers a compact design, also housing motion controller/drive, world-wide multi-voltage power supply (200-440V (+/- 10%) / 50-60Hz), absolute positioning (0.1 mm), elevated duty cycle (60%) for fast lifting of heavy loads and network controlled E-stop and Dead Man’s Handle without additional cabling.
The CyberHoist II CH528 (2015) enables a show designer to create precise, complex 2D and 3D movements at variable speed (to over 30 m/min. = 100 ft./min), with multiple actuators in single, group or subgroup formations.
CyberHoist II embraces EN61508/SIL 3 (Safety Integrity Level 3) compliant technology, controlled by CyberMotion’s MotionCue3D™ Performance Console. It is also compliant with other applicable international safety standards and codes of practice (DIN56950, BS, FEM, etc.). It includes all top-notch options, such as dual channel load cell and bi-channel high-speed communication including actual load and status information from hoists and programmed objects to the operator.
