Eclipse will be responsible for a Grand Ballroom which can accommodate events up to 600 people as well as 10 executive meeting rooms. Eclipse Presentations has added the busy Hilton London Wembley hotel to its list of high profile serviced venues in the UK capital.
The Kent-based event specialist will have a sales manager based on site and will coordinate all technical and creative production elements for the various functions, conferences, events, shows and meetings taking place at the property, a brand new build landmark property completed and opened in 2012 right next door to London’s iconic Wembley Stadium.
Eclipse’s brief includes the provision of lighting, sound, video, AV and rigging equipment, plus sets / staging and specialist crew. Eclipse also offers a whole range of additional related services like videoconferencing, video content creation, widescreen projection mapping and interactive events, all of which are available at Hilton London Wembley through a single point-of-contact.
Eclipse was chosen for its flair and imagination as well as its reputation for delivering tech-savvy solutions with state-of-the-art production values.
These, combined with the company’s creative graphics departments and reputation for standards of excellence were all key elements in the hotel’s choice.

Including the Hilton London Wembley, Eclipse is now managing 20 key sites around the city.
The hotel has a Grand Ballroom flexible event space which can accommodate events including up to 600 in a dinner / banqueting format.
The Ballroom is a completely open area free of columns or other structural elements and can be divided into three different smaller sections. Adjacent is a pre-function area that is replete with natural daylight and an attractive outdoor terrace – deal for drinks and canapés in the summer.
