JOHANNESBURG — Gearhouse South Africa recently joined the AV Alliance comprised of 29 companies in 25 different countries. Set up in Europe to meet a request from a global corporation, the AV Alliance companies are independently managed but agree to abide by a comprehensive catalog of qualitative criteria to ensure standards of consistency when supporting events.
The cumulative stats for AV Alliance member companies so far include 2,689 staff members who work on some 42,000 projects annually, supported by 32 facilities in the 25 countries with a total warehouse space that is close to 200,000 square meters.
