KARLSBAD, Germany —German Light Products (GLP) acquired G-LEC, makers of transparent LED video. The acquisition includes all assets and intellectual property. G-LEC will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of GLP, which is owned by Cairos Technologies AG. G-LEC will continue to sell, service and support its products, but will discontinue its direct rental business.
